The Close Companion

Description

My work explores parallels between the physical and the spiritual, the seen and the unseen. Taking inspiration from the natural world and drawing on my imagination I work intuitively to give body to the unseen world as I perceive it.

The close companion represents a transcendence from our daily lives, but one that can be found and grasped, often in the most unexpected moments.  There is a wisdom, then, to stopping and taking account of these fleeting aura, as they pass the edges of our conscious moments.  To enjoying the intimate connection.
